These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed and services offered by Tropika Farm Inputs Company Limited (“Tropika”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through tropika.co.ke.

Products
We sell vegetable and crop seeds in a range of pack sizes. Product descriptions, germination rates, days-to-maturity, and growing guidance on our website are provided as general guidance based on standard conditions. Actual results depend on factors outside our control — soil, weather, storage, and planting practices — and are not guaranteed.
Prices
All prices shown are VAT-inclusive, in Kenya Shillings (KES). Prices are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout at the time you order is the price charged.
Orders and availability
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we confirm subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder, or a full cancellation.
No customer account or login is required to place an order.
Payment
We do not process payment on our website. Once your order is confirmed, payment is arranged directly with our team (e.g. M-Pesa, bank transfer, or another agreed method).
Delivery
We deliver within Kenya and to other African countries. Delivery times and costs are communicated at checkout or directly by our team. Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch.
Bulk orders
Bulk/wholesale orders are handled as enquiries, not instant checkout — submit a request via our Bulk Orders page and we’ll provide a quote before anything is confirmed.
Refunds and returns
Complaints about germination and quality are handled by the original seed company supplier. Always retain your receipt, as it is required for any such issue. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the exceptions Tropika handles directly (wrong item, damage in transit, or short shipment).
Website use and intellectual property
The content, images, and branding on tropika.co.ke belong to Tropika or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
